Description
Mizu Shīkā (Give me a better name if you don't like this one), classified as a "Extendable Long Bow Staff" (ELBS), is my female OC's, Nozomi Umino, weapon of choice. Translated as: Water Seeker.

Holster Mode: This mode is where Nozomi is easily able to carry her weapon since she can put the string around her shoulders.
Staff Mode Pt. 1: By pressing a button, she can extend her weapon to make a staff that she uses against her opponents. The string is stretched to be alongside the staff.
Staff Mode Pt. 2: Pressing the button again extends the staff even further and she has a farther reach when she swings it at her opponents. It doesn't help she can use her 'Semblance' to make a more farther reach than imaginable. The string is stretched even further along the staff.
Bow Mode: Pressing the button a third time allows the weapon to turn into a bow. Nonzomi usually uses this mode to fight opponents that are far away. This is where she uses some dust-tipped arrows she carries with her.
This is the final desgin that I had difficulty designing! 
The reason is that I had to use a ruler to the best of my judgement. I know there are better RWBY bow weapons than this, but I'm really proud of what I desgined!
