It's deviantART's 14th Birthday and I decided to put up a "My deviantART Story" as well!
After looking at the other people who entered their "My deviantART Story", I know mine won't be amazing as theirs, but I want to explain my story as well!
Without further ado, here is my story:
When I first made an account on deviantART, I thought it would be interesting to just favorite artworks of different arts that I really like. But in the past and current year I've had this urge to submit some of my drawings onto this site.
The very first drawing (which I drew with my own hands) I submitted was:
This art of mine makes me happy knowing I made this when I was in high school!
With the premiere of the first RWBY trailer, I was inspired to design this art (Even though this isn't the original version that I first submitted) before the actual show started!
After finding out about how there was four trailers for RWBY, I decided to work hard in designing the other 3 weapons (and an upgraded version of the first one) which are right here:
While these weapons aren't as amazing as the others that I see on deviantART, I felt really proud knowing I was the one to draw and design them.
I was amazed and enlightened at the fact people could post stories and gifs on this site as well. Happy to know this fact!
DeviantART is amazing since I now check every day to see if there is more amazing works. It is shocking this see that deviantART is now integrated into a part of my life, but I don't have any negative feelings towards this fact!
If anybody does read this story of mine, I have some advice to those that are shy about posting their art on deviantART:
Just take a leap of faith since posting in DA will make you more engaged in art. Whether your art is good or not that good, you are definitely gonna improve your drawings/paintings/stories!
Thank you for taking the time to read this story of mine!
